Cassy Perrin psychologist Integria Psicologia

Hi, I’m Cassy Perrin, a Health Psychologist (AO-13692) accredited by the Official College of Psychology of Eastern Andalusia (COPAO). I am an Expert in Couple Therapy and a Shiatsu practitioner, trained to understand and work with the connection between body and mind from an integrative perspective.

My professional experience has mainly focused on working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing issues such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and cultural adaptation. I’ve had the privilege of working with a multicultural population, and I currently combine my therapeutic practice with a project developing AI tools to help medical specialists worldwide—reducing paperwork and allowing more time for patient care.

My approach integrates different therapeutic models — Integrative Therapy, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy — to provide a flexible and personalized process.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s emotions and experiences. Those around me often noticed how naturally I connected with others. During my university years, I realized that psychology brought together everything that inspired me — listening deeply, understanding what drives us, and fostering real change.

About me

I completed my studies at the University of Málaga, where I earned a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology. During and after my Master’s, I have been volunteering at the Centro de Orientación Familiar (COF), offering individual, couple, and family therapy, as well as facilitating psychoeducational workshops. I also collaborated with Healthy Work (Workplace), a company that provides psychological services to large corporations such as Oracle, gaining valuable experience in occupational well-being and stress management. In addition, I had the opportunity to teach Shiatsu to first-year students, an enriching experience that deepened my understanding of the mind–body connection in therapeutic care.

My passion for Shiatsu stems from childhood, when I discovered the comfort of touch and its power to soothe. Curious by nature, I explore how emotions manifest in the body and how physical awareness can support psychological healing.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with animals. My family and I created a small association called Little Moon Rescue to care for them and promote compassion toward all living beings. This sensitivity to life, in all its forms, is something I bring into every session.

How do I work at Integria Psicología?

Cassy Perrin somatic psychologist

My work at Integria Psicología is grounded in presence, empathy, authenticity, and gratitude. I strive to create a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and reconnect with your inner resources. I don’t believe in rigid methodologies. Each session adapts to what you need at that moment, focusing on understanding rather than labeling, and always seeing you as more than your symptoms. My goal is to help you find meaning, autonomy and curiosity in your own life story.

I understand how difficult it can be to open up and show your most vulnerable side to someone new. That’s why I work from empathy, active listening, and respect — the foundations that allow a real connection and make transformation possible.

I see therapy as a shared journey, a step-by-step process toward balance, confidence, and well-being — helping you live more aligned with who you truly are. I feel deeply grateful for the bravery of those who dare to open the door of a psychologist, face what hurts, and allow me to walk beside them with honesty and trust.
